Here is how you make this health tonic!

  • DIRECTIONS:

  • Take out a blender

  • Chop a 5 inch piece of fresh ginger, and slice it

  • 1 teaspoon of Tumeric

  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

  • 1 lemon, juiced

  • 1 tablespoon of honey (you can add more to make it sweeter)

  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil

  • 2 cups of coconut milk

  • Put all ingredients into a blender and blended for a good minute to make sure the ginger breaks down thoroughly

  • Take a cup and put a strainer on top, there will be pieces of ginger that you do not want to drink

  • After you have strained all the liquid, it's ready to drink! Keep it in the fridge, and make sure to drink it everyday!

  • I drink it in a small egg topper to get a perfect "shot". A small amount, goes a long way!
