DIRECTIONS:
Take out a blender
Chop a 5 inch piece of fresh ginger, and slice it
1 teaspoon of Tumeric
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 lemon, juiced
1 tablespoon of honey (you can add more to make it sweeter)
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
2 cups of coconut milk
Put all ingredients into a blender and blended for a good minute to make sure the ginger breaks down thoroughly
Take a cup and put a strainer on top, there will be pieces of ginger that you do not want to drink
After you have strained all the liquid, it's ready to drink! Keep it in the fridge, and make sure to drink it everyday!
I drink it in a small egg topper to get a perfect "shot". A small amount, goes a long way!
