Cinnamon buns. That's all I have to say. I mean, who doesn't love them? The sweet aroma of cinnamon and brown sugar will soon fill your house, and you will fall in love. If you want to lear how to make this delicious treat, read on!

INGREDIENTS FOR DOUGH:
-2 1/4 teaspoon of active dry yeast
-1 cup of warm milk
-1/2 granulated sugar
-1/3 room temp. butter (I used canola oil since I didn't have any butter on hand)
-1 teaspoon of salt
-2 room temp. eggs
-4 cups of all purpose flour
INGREDIENTS FOR FILLING:
-1 cup of packed brown sugar
-3 tablespoons of cinnamon
-1/3 cup room temp. butter (again, I used canola oil)
INGREDIENTS FOR FROSTING:
-6 tablespoons of room temp. butter
-1 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
-1/4 cup of cream cheese
-1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
-small pinch of salt
DIRECTIONS:
-For the dough, add your active dry yeast to 1 cup of warm milk. Let that sit for a few minutes
-Add sugar, salt, and butter to a stand mixer and cream together
-Add in eggs and four and mix until well incorporated
-Before adding in milk mixture, remove paddle from stand mixer and add the hook attachment. Add in milk mixture until well incorporated
-Add a small amount oil on sides of the bowl, and cover with plastic wrap and put that in a warm place until the dough has doubled in size (about an hour)
-While dough is rising, let's make the filling! Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and butter until well mixed and combined
-When dough has finished rising, put the dough on a lightly floured surface and begin to roll out the dough. It should be long enough, and not too thick
-Take your filling and evenly spread it
-Slowly lift up from the long edge, and roll the dough down to the other side. Cut about 1 1/2 inch slices
-Take a good sized pan, mine was 13"x9"x2" and spray with non-stick spray
- Place your buns in the pan and cover with a kitchen towel for about half an hour
-Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
-Remove the kitchen towel, and once the oven is pre-heated, put the pan into the oven
-Let them bake for about 20 minutes. They should be lightly golden on the edges.
-Remove them from the oven, and wait about 5 minutes and add your frosting
-Plate and enjoy!

(I had a total count of 12 cinnamon buns, but everyone went ahead and grabbed them so I only pictured 5)
