Light, and fluffy. This Japanese cheesecake melts in your mouth. It's that good. Let's not waste time talking about it, let's get to making some!

INGREDIENTS:
7 tablespoons of butter
4 ounces of cream cheese
1/2 cup of milk
2/4 cup of flour
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
6 egg yolks
6 egg whites
2/3 cup of sugar
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit
Take your butter, cream cheese, and milk and put it in a pot on a stove
Melt and mix until well combined and let it cool off for a few minutes
Separate your egg yolks and whites
Combine the butter, cream cheese and milk mixture with the 6 egg yolks
Add in your four and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until slightly fluffy, and add in your sugar. Beat it together until soft peaks form
Add in your egg whites and gently fold it into the other mixture
In a circular baking pan (or square if you prefer), spray with non stick spray and line the edges with parchment paper or aluminum foil and spray that with non stick spray as well
Place the baking pan onto a thick rectangular baking pan.
Add the mixture into the circular pan
In the rectangular pan beneath, add in 1-2 cups of warm water, this will ensure a fluffy cake.
Carefully place the pan into the oven and bake for 25 minutes
After 25 minutes, bring the temperature to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the top is just golden brown
Take out the pans and let it cool for 5 minutes and take it out
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and tada! A beautiful and easy recipe for a heavenly cake! Enjoy
