Breakfast Pizza

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so why not make it as delicious as can be? If you're a hash brown lover like myself, you have to try this breakfast pizza! It's super easy too! I promise your whole family will love it!
INGREDIENTS:
-About 4 cups of hashbrowns
-1 red bell pepper, chopped
-a few breakfast sausages or bacon, chopped
-4 chives, chopped
-5 eggs
-salt to taste
-pepper to taste
-onion powder to taste
-1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (or cheese of choice)
DIRECTIONS:
-Pre-heat oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit
-Take a large pan and add non-stick spray
-Take a bowl and mix your hash browns with salt, pepper, onion powder, shredded mozzarella cheese, and 1 egg
-Add the hash brown mix to the pan and put it in the oven for 20 minutes
-Take the pan out, and add more cheese and your toppings. Add your eggs on top

- Put that back into the oven for 10 minutes
-Plate and enjoy!
